The global pandemic of coronavirus has raised the question of the position of culture in our society, how its funding is secured and whether its benefits are sufficiently reflected. In the discussion, we cannot neglect the economic impacts of the pandemic and their solutions, but also the impacts on the perception and position of the independent sector.
