DFKH 2020

DFKH 2020

The sixth year of the festival took place from September 10 to September 12, 2020 and it was highly affected by the coronavirus pandemic. The foreign guests who were supposed to attend didn’t know until the very last minute if they would be able to. Despite all the odds, the festival eventually did take place, even though some guests couldn’t participate. On the other hand, there were two important last-minute guests from Belarus – the Belarusian writer Alhierd Baharevich and the poet Julia Cimafiejeva, his wife – who came to Kutná Hora directly from Minsk where they participated in the protests taking place at the moment. The festival also presented companies and performing artists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Canada and Russia.
